A common-parts assessment usually concentrates on the shared areas. Access requirements depend on the agreed assessment and any door checks, so we explain them before the visit and help you plan appointments where needed.
Not always. The FRA considers fire doors as part of the overall assessment. A separate inspection provides a more detailed door-by-door record and can also be booked independently. We can explain which service would be useful for your property.
