We visit the agreed areas, review the fire precautions and relevant records, and provide a written report with recommended actions and priorities. Any areas we could not inspect or matters needing further investigation are clearly identified.

A common-parts assessment usually concentrates on the shared areas. Access requirements depend on the agreed assessment and any door checks, so we explain them before the visit and help you plan appointments where needed.
Not always. The FRA considers fire doors as part of the overall assessment. A separate inspection provides a more detailed door-by-door record and can also be booked independently. We can explain which service would be useful for your property.
